- Submit a Repair Request Start by filling out our online form with your vehicle details, ECU part number, VIN, and a description of the issues or DTCs (trouble codes). This helps us understand the symptoms and begin diagnosis immediately upon arrival.
- Ship Us Your ECU or Module Carefully package your unit and ship it to our repair center using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracking number and adding your name/contact info inside the box.
- We Diagnose and Repair In-House Once received, your ECU is functionally tested using real-time simulation equipment and OE-level software. We verify faults, repair or rebuild the board, reprogram as needed, and confirm full communication post-repair.
- Return Shipping & Installation After final testing, your repaired ECU is shipped back to you promptly. Installation must only be done after root vehicle issues (e.g. shorts, alternator faults, wiring damage) are addressed. This is essential for warranty coverage.
Note: We repair based on the faults you report — not all systems are tested unless full remanufacturing is requested. If you'd like full system restoration, ask about our Reman Services.

- Request a Reman Order Submit your request with your part number, VIN, and vehicle details. We’ll confirm availability and determine if pre-programming or VIN cloning is required.
- Data Transfer or Programming If you’re sending us your old unit, we may extract and transfer your original data into the remanufactured ECU — including VIN, key codes, immobilizer info, and any relevant flash updates.
- Unit Shipped Ready to Install Your reman ECU is pre-tested and shipped plug-and-play (where possible). Instructions will be included for any required relearns, security sync, or programming steps needed at the vehicle.
- Install & Drive Once installed, your vehicle should start and function as expected. In rare cases, dealer-level tools may be required for a security handshake or throttle relearn (we’ll let you know in advance).
Note: Remanufactured ECUs are ideal when the original unit is unrepairable, missing, water-damaged, or burned.
