This is a General Service Form for ALL Test and Repair Service and Replacement Services! ACS does not diagnose your Unit; we Test and Repair it based on your diagnoses. We rely heavily on your diagnoses, so the more detailed the info, the better.
Our Repair and Rebuild Services typically have a turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days (Prepaid Orders receive priority). While we strive to meet these deadlines for the majority of our services, we cannot guarantee them due to potential delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any delays to you promptly. It is advisable to allow for a few extra days in your planning.
There are No Refunds on Tests, Programming, or Repair and Rebuild Services.

This is a Programming Service ONLY, and there are No Tests or Repairs performed! Please be sure that proper diagnoses are complete before sending in the ECU for Programming.
Our Programming Services typically have a turnaround time of 1 to 3 business days (Prepaid Orders receive priority). Service does not include Fire Damage, Broken Plugs, and/or Mapping (additional fees may occur).
Our Wiring Harness Restoration Services typically have a turnaround time of 5 to 10 business days (Prepaid Orders receive priority). While we strive to meet these deadlines for the majority of our services, we cannot guarantee them due to potential delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any delays to you promptly. It is advisable to allow for a few extra days in your planning.

Test and Repair
All Units are Tested, then Rebuilt, and then Tested again by a Computer Specialist
- Upon arrival ALL Units are Tested before, Repair and Rebuild.
- All Units are Updated with the Latest Updates (unless otherwise specified).
- Once Repaired, ALL Units are Tested under ALL extreme conditions, including Heat and Cold.
- All Units are Plug N' Drive, NO Programming Required.
- All Parts that are changed are High-Quality OEM Parts.
- ALL Units leave with a 101 Point Test and Inspection for Quality Assurance
ALL SERVICES are subject to a Test Fee:
- Gas: $88.88
- Light and Medium Duty Diesel: $148.88 to $248.88
- Heavy Duty Diesel: $248.88 to $448.88

ALL SALES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH WEBSITE ONLY!!! ( failure to do so REGULAR pricing will apply) ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO SENDING UNIT IN FOR REPAIR (failure to do so REGULAR pricing will apply ). ADJUSTING OF PRICES WILL NOT BE GRANTED . CORRECT SERVICE MUST BE PURCHASED FOR EACH UNIT OR SERVICE ( failure to do so additional services will apply at REGULAR pricing ). WEBSITE PRICES ARE ONLY FOR WEBSITE PURCHASE ONLY!!! PAST SALES WILL NOT BE HONORED (if you wish to have sales price must purchase while on sale is on ). SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY ON ALL SALES.

Units that have been previously opened & damage in opening process, additional charges will apply for the repair of the damages done from improper opening, repair services do not cover negligent damage to the unit.

How does a repair service work? Once a repair service is purchased, you must print out proper required repair form. Fill out all question on the form leave none blank, sign and date form. If sending in multiple units for repair each unit needs paperwork even if from the same vehicle. Package up your unit safely and send to address on repair form. There is a 1 to 3 day turnaround on most ("Per Unit or Per Service") from time of arrival & check-in process. Please note if your item is not prepaid prior to arrival full price will apply (no sales prices will be granted). We do not issue Refunds on Testing, programming or Repair Services. Technical Support is only for previous repairs & purchases. OEM part(s) are a must! PLEASE MAKE SURE PROPER DIAGNOSES IS DONE PRIOR TO SENDING UNIT IN!!! Units that have been previously opened & damage in opening process, additional charges will apply for the repair of the damages done from improper opening. All units get tested prior to repair. Repair services are a 50/50 chance of being repaired. If deemed not repairable, we have a large selection of replacement unit that are Plug & Drive and most ship out UPS free ground within 1 to 3 days from time order was placed & payment cleared "Core Charge may apply". If a unit is not repairable should you choose not to replace with us test fee & shipping will apply.
Units that are UNATTENDED, UNPAID or UNCLAIMED for 30days will be property of ACS.
